4. The promoters shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting the Promoter’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of the Promoters.
5. The Promoters shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
6. Entrants must be over 21 years of age to enter this free prize draw.

10. Once registered, participants will automatically be entered each week (except for the star prize where only the 5 winners will take part. Players who enter part way through the World cup will be entered for the next full week and forwards.
11. A week for this purpose runs from Friday to Thursday. To be included in all weeks, players must register by Thursday 10th June 2010.
12. Winners will be chosen at random, independently verified and informed.
13. Genesis reserves the right to substitute another prize of similar or greater value if circumstances make this unavoidable.
14. Where prizes are not available (e.g. tickets sold out, Genesis will offer an alternative to the same value).

17. Genesis reserves the right with your prior consent to publish name, town and photos of winners and publicise the prize giving presentation after the date of promotion.
18. Entrants are limited to Genesis Customers and Prospects and their employees only. There is no restriction on the number of employees who can enter. The number of entries per person will be calculated by total goals for week multiplied by number of shipments booked by their company with Genesis that week

20. This competition is a free prize draw and there is no entry cost so is permitted to operate free of any regulatory control under the Gambling Act 2005.
21. Open to UK, Ireland, USA residents only.
22. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
