UK Flight Restrictions Eased

The first flights have been landing in the UK overnight following the six day shutdown of European airspace.
 
Airlines expect to resume normal operations from Wednesday 21st April subject to delays due to a severe backlog and planes being in the wrong place.

Flights have been grounded across the UK and much of Europe since Thursday following the eruption of Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull.
