As a result to this, shipping lines are increasing their rates every two weeks. Genesis is always committed to providing a fast, reliable service and will continue to keep our customers updated. Due to the limited capacity, Genesis are asking for as much notice as possible (at least 14 days) to secure your space. On preferred shipping lines, where space is unavailable Genesis will endeavour to find another line for your shipment. This may incur additional costs however we will continue to keep you updated.
